I know it sounds silly, but I stopped using a supplier recently BECAUSE he wouldn’t take the 60 seconds to update me – that meant he lost about $15,000 of work PLUS I will NEVER refer anyone to him or his company.
That is even MORE costly than the LOST SALE.
I know this stuff is simple and straightforward – guys like me and Sam aren’t that smart – we need it to be simple and easy!

A very timely post. In this current economic climate, building and enhancing client loyalty is the difference between being successful or going bankrupt!
Updating our clients on information that is important to them shows that we care for their welfare. This increases the likelihood that our clients become our raving fan! From there, we can leverage the loyalty of existing clients as means to generate more and more referrals!
