    Viral marketing is explained well in Wikipedia, but in summary is any marketing initiative that gets a life of its own without your intervention once launched. People promote and pass it on because it’s fun, valuable, interesting or have other vested interests in doing so. It’s like the snowball that starts an avalanche… Fun stuff when you get it right!
