  Hi Marc

  This does have some element of truth to it. In practice, technology is so broad and complex that no one persons can be an expert in every part of it.
  The same thing happens when developing a new product from scratch. The available Electronics components can change radically in just 18 months. What was impossible last year can come to market this year. So I have to be careful to walk the balance between what I already know and the new opportunities arising each day.

  The problem here is the disconnection between the programmer and the artist. UI designers are supposed to combine both but some of them fail without a good reason. By the way, you could contribute this for chart to the diagram community of Creately Flowchart Maker
