The diagram below illustrates that as the volume of content increases, the time in the conversation also increases and if you are going to move people to take action, you must transform your syntax and vocabulary to a more emotive tone, focusing more on benefits than features.

  • I could not agree more with this diagram. I am literally emotionally charged when something logical finally makes sense or hits hard. When logical things are laced with emotional messages, I am much more inclined to not only believe, but full heartedly support it.
